Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special. You both were helpful and did a great job of setting up Bello Giorno. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly. The ceremony was perfect outdoors and you were accommodating when we wanted to have it in the gazebo at the last minute. The reception was also great and our guests absolutely loved the food. Even the cake, which we were worried about, ended up being delicious. And, we are now looking forward to using the gift card at Mama's in Hackettstown for a great date night. Thank you!

Craig and I can not thank you enough for making our Wedding Day so special. Everything was prepared perfectly! The food and attention to detail was beyond belief!...........and that is an understatement. We are so impressed with how you made sure that things were going as we planned exactly and how every moment all our needs were addressed. We felt like King and Queen for the day! If it wasn't for Tonya, making our plates for us, we may have never eaten...... and are we glad we did! The food was wonderful! Thank you, also, for sending us off with all the left overs. That was something we did not expect. We would also like to thank you, Tonya, for helping us with the photographer, having my lipstick handy when I needed it, and making sure we had a drink, and directing us throughout the day. I know I am leaving out a lot of other things Tonya did, there is just soooo many things we'd like to thank you for. Thanks to you, we left there so proud and happy of how our Wedding Day went. It's now Monday, and people are still e-mailing, calling and texting us about how wonderful your establishment is and what a great time they had.

Dear Tom, Sheri and Samantha,
We apologize that it's taken so long to get this letter to you. It's been a busy two months for us since the wedding, but we wanted to take the time to write you and express our thanks.
Workings with all of you throughout the pllanning of our wedding was a joy. We mean that sincerely, because you made everything so smooth and easy. Whenever things got a little crazy in other areas of the planning, we always knew we could depend on you to take care of things in the catering department. It was such a comforting feeling being able to call you and ask for those last minute things, knowing you would be happy to do it (like providing extra urns when we wanted to serve hot cider as the weather suddenly got colder!)
We can honestly say we've never experienced customer satisfaction at the level you provided it: your complimentary tasting with lots of goodies to take home, your complimentary appetizers the night before the wedding while we decorated the Lodge, (Todd loved his special sandwich!) AND multiple package upgrades (at no extra charge!) made us feel really special. Not to mention the heart-shaped pizza you sent to the wedding and all the care Samantha and the other girls took managing the buffet and bar throughout the night. Our guests loved the food, and we couldn't have had a better wedding day.
You really made us feel like family, and in today's world, we appreciate that more than you know. We would tell anyone we know looking for a good caterer that Mama’s should be at the top of the list.
